Solsta’s configuration service helps you deploy routers and modems that are ready to use when they arrive on site. Our team can load settings and applications in advance, test the devices and coordinate delivery across your rollout.
The service follows four phases. You can use us for one phase or the full process, depending on the support your team needs.
Four-Phase Configuration Service
Phase 1: Configuration Review
We work with you to confirm your deployment requirements and agree on the device configuration. We then prepare a golden sample for your approval before configuring the wider batch. If you are new to this process, our team can guide you through each decision.
Phase 2: Configuration Installation
Once you approve the configuration, we prepare the devices to your specifications. This can include pre-loading SIM cards, applying custom labels, setting up VPNs and installing firmware or applications.
Phase 3: End-to-End Testing
We test the configured devices before dispatch to check that they work as intended. Depending on your application, this can include RF, cellular and network testing, as well as checks against the approved golden sample.
Phase 4: Logistics
Our warehouse and logistics team can coordinate delivery to match your rollout. Services include direct delivery to customer sites, white and custom labelling, and advance replacements from bonded stock.
